Successful launch of the contact center of CSS Insurance

 

After only three months the newly established contact center of CSS Insurance has been successfully put in operation in early May. The existing call center solution was replaced with a VoIP solution from Cisco whereby Bucher + Suter was heavily involved as a supporting partner company.

The platform consists of a Cisco UCCE environment in combination with a b+s IVR, and the Bucher + Suter applications b+s AdminTool and b+s DeskPhone. More than 13,000 requests have been processed since the first day of operation by the service line, the agencies at 120 locations, the offices and the collection points of CSS with nearly 900 insurance agents.
