Welcome to the first issue of the b+s newsletter! Twice per year you will receive information about our company, our product solutions and our opinions on the trends in contact centers.
The focal point of this issue is Social Media in the Contact Center – a topic which has been constantly reinventing itself for over a year: The term has a different meaning for each customer and partner– for us it is a welcome challenge in order to be able to position “customer-specific standard solutions”.
The Cisco Partner to Partner Collaboration Award, which we were honored to receive from Cisco in recognition of our cooperative relationship with other Cisco partners in the interest of the best possible solution for our customers, demonstrates that we were resoundingly successful in this area last year!
