Bucher + Suter's WebReports is a reporting tool that complements Cisco's standard WebView reports. These additional report templates from b+s can be especially useful for contact center managers who's reporting needs are not being met by Cisco's standard offering.

WebReports offers a well designed and consistent framework which allows users to specify exact time intervals, while the standard Cisco offering only accepts a start and end time for a report covering multiple days. In this case, Cisco's WebView report will show data from the entire period highlighted in the sample diagram.
