As a Customer Service Engineer you will be in direct contact with our customers and partners and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries. This may range from answering telephone and email inquiries to processing simple service requests. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Customer Service team and also with internal project teams. Furthermore, you will ensure 24/7 customer service availability in shift operations.

Main responsibilities

  • 1st/2nd level support for Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Cloud and Bucher + Suter's solutions
  • Independently evaluate customer needs and process inquiries
  • Responsible for the processing of malfunctions with the involvement of relevant internal departments
  • Independent updating of documentation for everyday customer service

Your profile

  • Computer science education, preferably EFZ and Cisco CCNA certification
  • High service orientation and some experience in the service desk
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • You find pleasure in customer contact
  • ITIL basic knowledge (foundation certificate)
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (French is an advantage)
  • Operational readiness in a 24/7 service organisation
