As part of our sales organization, you’ll support national and international customers in customer care and digital challenges. With your in-depth expertise in all aspects of digital service models and the technologies of the future, you will inspire our customers and help them create real added value with groundbreaking solutions.

 

Through your thought leadership in process-related and technological innovation topics, you will advise customers on the design, implementation, introduction, and adaptation of customer care strategies. You’ll be the primary contact person and confidant for the customers assigned to you. With your inspiring outlook, you’ll look after new and long-term business partners alike.

Work location is situational in a Bucher + Suter office, in a home office and at customer sites (willingness to travel is required).

Main responsibilities

In your role, you’ll analyze customer needs and design future-oriented customer care solutions for our clients so that they, in turn, can provide their customers with the most targeted and personalized service possible.

You will support the acquisition of new customers, accompany the acquisition process, design and deliver company and solution presentations, and demonstrate use cases. You’ll be responsible for answering extensive invitations to tender, right up to the preparation of offers and the conclusion of contracts. You’ll provide ongoing and development support for our existing customers.

Profile

  • Creativity in the analysis of customer needs and elaboration of future-focused solutions
  • Several years of practical experience in the analysis, consulting, and conception of innovation topics
  • A keen awareness of trends in the ICT industry and their impact on customer care issues
  • You enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and professional and technical implementation
  • You have a technical background and have a sound understanding of complex IT solutions. An in-depth knowledge of business analytics, AI, business applications (e.g., CRM), and/or customer care is a plus.
  • Sound economics skills and commercial flair.
  • An excellent command of English is a must. Good knowledge of at least one other language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) in verbal and written form is highly desired.
