You will be part of our delivery organization, which plans and implements contact center integration projects for our customers.  As Project Manager (PM), your task is to successfully complete projects to a high quality standard, on time and on budget. You will act as the central contact person for customers, partners and internal stakeholders during the project. Your place of work is Bensheim. Occasionally you will be on-site at the customer's premises.

Key responsibilities

  • Overall project responsibility from start to finish
  • Active customer support, as well as project status communication during the project phase
  • Creation, comparison, control and maintenance of project plans
  • Coordination of dates and milestones with the customer as well as internal participants
  • Planning of tasks, project processes and available resources

  • Implementation and documentation of workshops
  • Obligatory documentation of milestones as well as their release and archiving
  • Progress control and timely action in case of divergences
  • Potential generation of follow-up orders
  • Early recognition and prevention of escalations, if necessary, their supervision
  • Acceptance and commercial completion of the project

Your profile

  • Experienced in direct contact with customers and partners
  • Experienced in leading workshops
  • Willing to work in the field alongside customers within Europe
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken; other languages would be an advantage
  • Have a basic knowledge in the area of Unified Communications
  • Project manager certification (IPMA or similar) would be an advantage
  • You display a structured and solution oriented working method within a project team
