System Engineer Customer Service

in Bensheim (Germany) or Bern (Switzerland), commencing immediately or by arrangement

Key Responsibilities

  • 2nd-Level support in the area of Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Cloud Solutions etc. as well as the proprietary developments of b+s Software
  • Support of and cooperation with various teams
  • Resolving faults (in cooperation with manufacturers in the case of more complex tasks)
  • Active clarification of customer needs
  • Cooperation in interdisciplinary and cross-functional projects


  • Computer science education (FH, EFZ or similar)
  • Ideally knowledge of Cisco Contact Center solutions (Cisco Collaboration, UCCE/PCCE, Cloud, etc)
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in the area of customer service / help desk / service desk
  • ITIL basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation)
  • High service orientation and open-minded communicative personality
  • Good written and spoken German and English (knowledge of French is an advantage)
  • Readiness for on-call service in a 24/7 service organisation
