Our products cover a range of business applications in the field of Cisco Contact Center. With our solutions, contact center operations can be made more effective and the operational efficiency of deployments of Cisco Contact Center can be significantly increased.

You will work as a software developer on the new and further development of our integrations with CRM systems and solutions from SAP, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Service Cloud. With your professional experience, you will support our product development team and will be jointly responsible for the implementation and integration of new functionalities.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science or telecommunications
  • Professional experience in the field of software development
  • Good knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Practical experience in the development or integration of CRM systems (SAP, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle Service Cloud) is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a team as well as the initiative and high personal responsibility required for working in an agile environment (Scrum)
