In this role, you’ll oversee the first interaction with customers looking for support for their deployed Cisco solutions as well as Bucher + Suter products. You will triage, document, and analyze faults and requests. You will process cases following company standards, defined processes, regulations, guidelines, and ITIL best practices. You will also be expected to independently pre- evaluate customer needs and update documentation for day-to-day customer service.
The salary range is $42K – $60K per year.
Your Profile
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, depending on assigned shift.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in IT.
- Proficient in the use of troubleshooting tools, including SIP Logs, Webex Tracer, and Wireshark.
Ideal candidate
- Basic ITIL knowledge.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies.
