One of our most important product lines is our range of CRM connectors, which connects Cisco telephony with various CRMs. For this, we work closely with several major CRM partners. High product quality and reliability are key. Our products help users to do their work efficiently and save time. Flexibility and simplicity in installation, configuration, and operation are not contradictions.

This is where you come in. With your in-depth knowledge of our products and components, you understand the customer’s requirements and translate them into solutions, removing potential obstacles.

Your responsibilities

  • As a product owner, you’ll be responsible for our product b+s Connects for ServiceNow.
  • You’ll work very closely with the scrum team, consisting of software developers and test engineers. You’ll be consistently available for the team to answer questions and give feedback.
  • As a visionary, you think into the future. You’ll have the benefit of the customer and the big picture in mind.
  • You’ll be responsible for formulating the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and maintaining the product backlog
  • You’ll create user stories in the product backlog and formulate acceptance criteria. You are responsible for ensuring that the requirements are recorded correctly, in the right priority in the backlog, are implemented. With your Scrum team, you’ll refine the user stories and plan them for the sprints.
  • As an expert, you know the technical world of the customer(s), their goals, and their needs. Together with your colleagues from sales, pre-sales engineering, ops engineers, our partners, and customers, you’ll identify the needs, take feedback requests and identify gaps in the product.
  • You’ll ensure that communication with internal stakeholders – sales, pre-sales engineering, ops engineers, marketing – is fluid and functioning. You’ll actively inform internal stakeholders about the product, new features, and releases. You are responsible for know-how transfer and training.
  • You’ll provide marketing with all necessary information for external communication, as well as helping sales and pre-sales with the preparation and execution of presentations and product demos.
  • You’ll maintain cooperation with the product teams of the technology partners, first and foremost Cisco and ServiceNow.

Your Profile

  • Clean and structured way of working

  • Analytical, conceptual as well as multidisciplinary mindset with interest in CRM, telephony, and customer service
  • High sense of responsibility, social competence as well as strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Completed studies in IT at university/technical college level and several years of experience in an agile
    environment / Scrum team
  • You may have already gained experience in the role of a product owner and are familiar with CRM systems, ideally ServiceNow. You are willing to build up this know-how
  • Business fluent written and spoken English and German
