We refine Cisco Contact Center software to ensure that our client’s customer service operations can scale at the highest possible quality and speed. One of our most important product lines is our CRM Connectors, which connect Cisco Contact Center with various CRMs and enterprise service applications. We work in close contact with our largest CRM partner Salesforce, which is precisely where you’ll come into play.
Main Tasks
As a Salesforce developer, you’ll enhance the integration between Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce, working on a Redux-Saga/React based web app. You’ll build custom Lightning components and work extensively on Service Cloud Voice, implementing typical enhancements such as advanced call routing, real-time transcription, and AI-driven insights. Your role will involve going beyond low-code/no-code skills to develop complex solutions, ensuring seamless communication experiences for our clients. Your previous experiences will be crucial as you develop new functionalities and features to elevate our integration capabilities.
Your Profile
- Salesforce Certified Professional with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Professional Knowledge in Salesforce LWC and APEX
- 5 years (+) of professional experience in modern web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Knowledge in Redux-Saga/React is a plus
- As a good team player, you contribute to the success of the product with your sense of responsibility and duty.
- Flair for innovations and concepts on new software solutions
- You’re comfortable in an agile work environment (Scrum)
- Good written and spoken English language skills. German language skills are a plus
