Thorsten Schneider, Senior Solution Architect, will provide insights and reveal some hidden potential to be found in Finesse/CCE 12.5 and Enterprise Chat and eMail (ECE) 12.5. You'll benefit from over 20 years of know-how. Thorsten will also announce the end-of-life of a couple of relevant Cisco and Bucher + Suter products.
