Under the terms of the OEM agreement, Bucher + Suter will use NovelVox’s suite of Cisco-based technologies as the foundation for a variety of new product solutions, which will be exclusively available from Bucher + Suter via the SolutionsPlus program. First up is the Total Agent Optimization (TAO) for Cisco Finesse product family.
With TAO for Cisco Finesse, Bucher + Suter will deliver a wide, new collection of industry-specific, out of the box, integrated solutions for the Cisco Finesse agent desktop. With a comprehensive assortment of solutions available from launch and lots more on the horizon, contact center agents will be able to access all of the core functions and information they require from enterprise applications, as far-reaching as Epic and Jack Henry, from directly within the Finesse desktop.
Combining our market-leading CRM-based Connects product family with our new line of Cisco Finesse products, we’ll have you covered whatever desktop your Cisco Contact Center agents work from. For our partners this means, no matter what your customers’ needs are, we have a solution that can fulfill their integration needs. It’s win-wins all round.
