Environment

As a Customer Service Engineer you will be in direct contact with our customers and partners and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries. This will include answering telephone and mail inquiries, as well as handling simple service requests. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Customer Service team and also with internal project teams.

Main responsibilities

  • 1st/2nd level support for Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Cloud, Salesforce and Bucher + Suter's solutions
  • Provide a first-rate experience for our customers that is both knowledgeable and courteous
  • Independently evaluate customer needs and process inquiries
  • Responsible for the processing of malfunctions with the involvement of relevant internal departments
  • Independent updating of documentation for everyday customer service

Your profile

  • General IT, Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce CRM are in advantage
  • Customer experience background. Service desk experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge or certifications pertaining to Cisco, Salesforce CRM and SQL are an advantage
  • You enjoy direct communication with our customers
  • IT background and education are in advance
  • Cleveleand / Ohio area preferred
