The Opportunity
Are you looking for a new professional challenge? We are a Salesforce ISV Partner and develop Salesforce ISV managed packages that are used by customers globally, both as standalone Salesforce solutions and as part of integrations with Cisco Contact Center platforms.
We work closely with Salesforce, Cisco, and our customers to deliver enterprise grade, cloud ready products. This is where you come in. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work in a cross functional Scrum team and play a key role in designing, building, and evolving Salesforce ISV solutions and managed packages in large scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce ISV managed packages used in enterprise environments
- Expand and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud based solutions
- Open to engage with clients to gather business requirements for custom specific enhancements
- Build and evolve Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows
- Develop and consume Salesforce APIs and integrate external services where required
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce and Cisco engineers on new concepts, enhancements, and product features
- Ensure solutions meet standards in scalability, security, testability and operability
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices, especially in Agentforce Voice and Contact Center
Your Profile
- Several years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce platform fundamentals
- Experience building Salesforce ISV solutions and a solid understanding of integration patterns
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Service Cloud Voice and OpenCTI
- Experience working with GitLab based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and modern web development concepts is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in agile product teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
