From June 9–12, 2025, the iconic Caesars Forum transformed into the epicenter of CX innovation. With around 5,000 attendees, leading sponsors like Cisco and Salesforce, CCW brought together contact center directors, CX leaders, and technology innovators, many exploring AI strategies and smarter customer journeys.
