Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across teams and departments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
  • Actively contribute to PI Planning, team synchronization, and ART-level coordination.
  • Work primarily on-site with our development teams in Worblaufen, Switzerland.

Your Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in hybrid teams and international environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Experience or certification related to SAFe or Release Train Engineering (RTE) is a big advantage.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proactive and empathetic mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English.
