Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
- Ensure transparency and alignment across teams and departments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
- Actively contribute to PI Planning, team synchronization, and ART-level coordination.
- Work primarily on-site with our development teams in Worblaufen, Switzerland.
Your Profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Comfortable working in hybrid teams and international environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM) or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience or certification related to SAFe or Release Train Engineering (RTE) is a big advantage.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proactive and empathetic mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
