Our expertise was once again in high demand at Europe’s largest industry event. Our team was in constant action at the Cisco and Salesforce booths, engaged in technical discussions and giving demonstrations. And our customer Wingo took to the big stage to present their successful journey toward more efficient AI-based service communication. With 8,500 trade visitors from over 54 countries, CCW once again offered us plenty of scope to demonstrate our expertise – a resounding success. This year, CCW was less about tech buzzwords and visions and more about specifically realigning service architectures, scaling AI agents, and making the omnichannel customer experience more seamless. Together with our close partners Cisco and Salesforce, we offer the right solutions for exactly that!
