Our products integrate Cisco Contact Center platforms with leading CRM systems such as Salesforce, enabling high-performance and reliable customer interactions at scale. Main Tasks
- Test and validate integrations between Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce
- Contribute to and take ownership of quality assurance activities in your Scrum team
- Design, implement and maintain automated tests (UI, API, integration)
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Improve our testing framework and tooling
- Work closely with experienced software developers and product owners in a Scrum team
- Support releases with structured testing, regression, and quality reporting
- Perform exploratory and regression testing where needed
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
- Gaining deeper exposure to system integrations while steadily growing your professional responsibility
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation
- Practical experience designing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright
- Solid working knowledge of TypeScript in a test automation context
- Experience working with GitLab based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in complex systems, integrations, and enterprise software
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum/DevOps)
- Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is a big plus
- Fluent in German and English is required
- ISTQB certifications at Advanced level is a nice to have
