Salary Range: $120K – $160K base per year + commission/bonus

Team Structure
As a Technical Solutions Architect (TSA), you’ll be a key member of our presales team, shaping technical vision and driving customer success. You will help prospects understand how Bucher + Suter’s solutions solve real-world business challenges, connecting strategy, architecture, and execution with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering to design and present tailored technical solutions.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of Bucher + Suter’s integrations – especially Salesforce and Webex Contact Center.
- Translate customer needs into architecture diagrams, API workflows, and functional specifications.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and support technical evaluations during the sales cycle.
- Guide customers in how to extend and integrate our offerings via APIs and automation tools.
- Stay on top of industry trends, especially in CCaaS, CPaaS, AI, and CRM innovation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, Salesforce AE teams, Cisco sellers, and internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in web technologies and integration (REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (especially SCV) and Webex Contact Center.
- Strong technical communication and solution storytelling skills.
- A consultative mindset with empathy for the customer journey.
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel (5–7 days/month).
We are also looking for:
- Experience in CCaaS or CRM integration, presales, or technical consulting.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of AI, IVA/voicebots, or automation in contact centers.
- Familiarity with deployment of cloud-based CX infrastructure.
