Our Salesforce User Group, Bern (CH) is part of the global Salesforce Trailblazer Community, an open network where Salesforce users, admins, developers, consultants, and interested individuals come together to exchange knowledge, learn from one another, and support each other. The groups exist worldwide and offer a free opportunity to connect locally or virtually, discuss best practices and build skills.
Community Groups are led by the community, not by Salesforce itself. The role of the Community Group Leaders (CGLs) is to create an inclusive environment, choose topics, organize events and provide ongoing learning opportunities. CGLs also commit to following the official Salesforce Code of Conduct and to hosting at least four meetings per year, at least once per quarter.

What our community stands for
Our community stands for continuous learning, mutual support, and the strength of genuine peer-to-peer connections. We promote open knowledge sharing that goes beyond formal training and places real-world experiences, use cases, and best practices at the center. The group is open to everyone, from beginners to experienced experts, and offers each person the opportunity to contribute, ask questions, and grow. In doing so, we follow clear principles such as Community first and a binding Code of Conduct that ensures respect, transparency, and inclusion.
