Bucher + Suter is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager for our EMEA market. This individual will be responsible for Cisco and Bucher + Suter software solution deployments in the EMEA area. This vital role will act as a significant interface to our partners as well as our end customers and is critical in building the reputation of Bucher + Suter as a leading technology provider to Cisco Contact Center customers.


  • You’ll be part of the operations team and accountable for SMB contact center integration projects.
  • You’ll be responsible for accompanying our new Cisco Webex Contact Center customers through the implementation process from onboarding until successful activation.
  • A crucial part of your job role will be consulting clients in implementing and utilizing contact center-based services. A team of highly experienced solution architects and customer success specialists will have your back.
  • You’ll negotiate and consult with new and existing customers on technical and organizational requirements and coordinate actions between Cisco, our partners, customers, and teams.
  • You’ll lead and consult during the onboarding and engagement phase, fully utilizing your abilities to build trustful relationships and complete projects to an exact quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Your existing contact center know-how will inspire customers, partners, and our internal teams.

Your profile

  • You are an empathetic and process-driven person who can build a trustful relationship with customers and represent Bucher + Suter as a high-quality provider of Cisco Contact Center solutions.
  • You understand the terminology of subscription-based IT services.
  • You enjoy direct contact with customers and partners and have excellent communication skills.
  • You can understand and follow business processes.
  • Experience with leading workshops is greatly appreciated.
  • You are certified in agile project management (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2 Agile, PMP Agile, Scrum).
  • Ideally, you are ITILv4 certified.
  • Project Management or Project Coordinating experience required.
  • You’re well versed in contact center and, ideally, have some public cloud experience.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, are well organized, and maintain structure in your work.
