We are seeking a Project Manager for our North American market. This role involves overseeing deployments of Cisco and Bucher + Suter software solutions across the United States. As a key interface to our partners and end customers, you will enhance Bucher + Suter’s reputation as a leading Cisco Contact Center solutions technology provider.
Team Structure
You’ll join a small, dynamic U.S. team with a proven track record. As Project Manager, you’ll report directly to the Operations Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- As part of the operations team, you will be accountable for Webex Contact Center integration projects.
- You will guide new Cisco Webex Contact Center customers through the entire implementation process, from onboarding to successful migration.
- You will collaborate with a diverse team of highly experienced Business Consultants, Customer Success Specialists, and Customer Engagement Managers.
- You will coordinate actions between Cisco, our partners, customers, and internal teams to guide new and existing customers through their migration journey.
- You will lead and consult during the onboarding and engagement phases, leveraging your skills to build trustful relationships and ensure projects are completed precisely, on time, and within budget.

Your Profile
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Empathy and a process-driven mindset to build trustful relationships with customers and represent Bucher + Suter as a high-quality provider of Cisco Contact Center solutions.

- Understanding of subscription-based IT services terminology.
- Ability to understand and follow business processes.
- Experience in leading workshops is highly valued.
- Certifications in agile project management (e.g., PRINCE2 Agile, PMP Agile, Scrum) and ITILv4 are required.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
- Self-motivation to stay updated on all current features and capabilities of the Webex portfolio.
