We enhance Cisco Contact Center software so that our customers’ customer service operates at the highest quality and speed and can scale efficiently. Among our most significant products are CRM connectors, which link Cisco telephony and digital channels with various CRMs. For this, we work closely with our CRM partners from Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and ServiceNow. This is where you come in.
Main Tasks
As a Typescript / JavaScript Developer, you will expand and optimize, together with your Scrum team, the integration between Cisco Contact Center and various CRMs. Your previous experience will help you contribute to the development of new functions and features for the Redux-Saga/React-based web application. Together with Cisco and our CRM partners, you will develop concepts, enhancements, and new products that enable contact center agents to perform their work efficiently using the latest technologies. Providing products in a Cloud environment may also be among your challenges.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in modern web development.
- Flair for innovation and concepts for new software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Redux-Saga/React or other modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with version control and Gitlab CI/CD is a plus.
- As a good team player, you contribute to the success of the product with your sense of responsibility and duty.
- Knowledge of the Cisco Webex technology environment would be a big plus.
- You feel comfortable in an agile work environment (Scrum/SAFe).
- Good written and spoken English skills. German language skills are a plus.
