We refine Cisco Contact Center software to ensure that our client’s customer service operations can scale at the highest possible quality and speed. One of our most important product lines is our CRM Connectors, which connect Cisco Contact Center with various CRMs and enterprise service applications. We work in close contact with our largest CRM partner Salesforce, which is precisely where you’ll come into play.
Main Tasks
As a Typescript/Javascript Developer, you’ll optimize the integration between and Cisco Contact Center and CRMs, a Redux-Saga/React based Web-Aplication. Your previous experiences should help you in your responsibility to develop new functions and features. Deploying and running the application in a Cloud environment will also be one of your challenges.
But don’t worry! The product development team, the Product Owner, and the Technical Architects will always offer you the support you need.
Your Profile
- 5 years (+) of professional experience in modern web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Bachelor in IT-Science or any adequate education.
- Flair for innovations and concepts on new software solutions.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD.
- Knowledge in Redux-Saga/React is a plus.
- As a good team player, you contribute to the success of the product with your sense of responsibility and duty.
- Knowledge in the Salesforce Technology environment would be a big plus.
- You’re comfortable in an agile work environment (Scrum).
- Good written and spoken English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
