A highlight of our Dreamforce journey was our theater session, featuring an insightful presentation by Christopher Bourque, Jonathan Sprang, and our special guest Todd Gimbel from Cisco. They shared their expertise on how to streamline customer channels, optimize workflows, and harness AI to craft truly personalized interactions. Their insights offered a glimpse into the future of customer experience, with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice leading the way.
